Ilzami (ilzami.com) is operated by Techween Integrated Computer Solutions (Commercial License No. 2025/8865), a company registered in Kuwait, with its registered office at Reem Marzouq Mohammed Alghanim Building, Office 45, M1, Abdulaziz Hamad Alsaqer Street, Plot 49, Block 2, Almurqab, Kuwait. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "Ilzami" refer to Techween Integrated Computer Solutions. "You," "User," or "Client" refers to the business or individual using our Service. By accessing ilzami.com or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, you must not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at ilzami.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted means you accept the update.
Our Privacy Policy (ilzami.com/privacy) explains how we collect and use your data, including data submitted through screening searches. Using the Service means you consent to that handling.
4.1 Sanctions screening — Names are screened against the UN Consolidated List and Kuwait's National List, in Arabic and English.
4.2 Sanctions list management — We maintain and update both lists ourselves, keeping screening results current against the latest published data.
4.3 Batch screening — Registered Clients on eligible plans may upload a customer list in a single file and receive a consolidated match report.
4.4 Ongoing monitoring — Available on eligible plans: your customer list is automatically rescreened when a sanctions list changes, or when you make a change to your watchlist, and you're alerted to new matches by email.
4.5 Audit log and reports — Every search is logged with a reference number and downloadable report, so you can demonstrate to a regulator what was screened and when.
4.6 Plans and usage limits — The Service is offered under the plans described in the Pricing section of the Ilzami website, each with its own monthly search allowance and user seats. Exceeding your plan's allowance may require an upgrade before further searches can be run.
4.7 Website content — Content on ilzami.com, including regulatory summaries, is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional legal or compliance advice. You should not rely on it as your sole basis for regulatory compliance.
To use the Service, you must register an account and provide accurate information about your business, including your organization type and sector. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, using the payment method available at checkout. Payment is due before the end of your current billing period. If payment isn't received by then, your subscription expires and the Service stops until you renew, as described in Section 11. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may use the Service only for your own anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance obligations under Kuwaiti law (the "Purpose"). You agree not to reproduce, reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service, including the underlying sanctions data, except as expressly agreed.
You must not use the Service: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to submit false or misleading information; (c) to collect or track third-party personal information outside the Purpose; (d) to interfere with or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service; or (e) to reverse-engineer or scrape the underlying list data.
The Service, including its underlying software and technology, is owned by Techween Integrated Computer Solutions. The "Ilzami" and "Techween" names and logos are registered trademarks of Techween Integrated Computer Solutions. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the Purpose described in Section 7. You receive no ownership rights in the Service, its underlying technology, or the sanctions list data made available through it.
The Service is provided "as is." We update our lists regularly but do not guarantee that the Service is uninterrupted, error-free, or that screening results are complete or current at every moment. You acknowledge that using Ilzami does not, by itself, satisfy your obligations under Law 106/2013, its Executive Regulations, or Ministerial Decision 176/2025 — you remain responsible for your own compliance program.
To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, Techween Integrated Computer Solutions, its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on screening results, or any damages arising from a transaction you conduct with a sanctioned or listed party, whether or not that party was screened through the Service. This does not limit liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service. If your account is closed or deleted, or your subscription expires and is not renewed, your records are kept for 30 days and then permanently deleted, except invoices and payments, which we keep as financial records. During those 30 days, the records of an expired subscription remain available to export. A registration that is never paid for is deleted one week after it was made. You may cancel your account at any time; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. The courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms. These Terms are provided in English and Arabic; if the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
تُشغِّل إلزامي (ilzami.com) شركة تكوين للحلول المتكاملة الحاسوبية (رخصة تجارية رقم 2025/8865)، وهي شركة مسجّلة في دولة الكويت، ومقرها المسجّل في مبنى ريم مرزوق محمد الغانم، مكتب 45، الطابق M1، شارع عبدالعزيز حمد الصقر، قسيمة 49، قطعة 2، المرقاب، الكويت. ويُقصد بعبارات «نحن» و«إلزامي» أينما وردت في هذه الشروط شركة تكوين للحلول المتكاملة الحاسوبية، ويُقصد بعبارات «أنت» و«المستخدم» و«العميل» المنشأة أو الشخص الذي يستخدم خدمتنا. وبدخولك إلى الموقع ilzami.com أو استخدامك الخدمة، فإنك تقبل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. وإذا لم توافق عليها، فيجب عليك عدم استخدام الخدمة.

يحق لنا تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وتكون النسخة السارية متاحة دائماً على ilzami.com/terms. ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد نشر أي تغيير قبولاً للتحديث.
توضّح سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا (ilzami.com/privacy) كيف نجمع بياناتك ونستخدمها، بما في ذلك البيانات المقدَّمة من خلال عمليات الفحص. ويُعد استخدامك الخدمة موافقةً منك على هذا التعامل.
4.1 فحص قوائم العقوبات — تُفحص الأسماء مقابل القائمة الموحدة للأمم المتحدة والقائمة الوطنية الكويتية، باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
4.2 إدارة قوائم العقوبات — نتولى بأنفسنا صيانة القائمتين وتحديثهما، لتبقى نتائج الفحص محدَّثة وفق أحدث البيانات المنشورة.
4.3 الفحص الجماعي — يجوز للعملاء المسجّلين في الباقات المؤهلة رفع قائمة عملاء في ملف واحد، والحصول على تقرير موحّد بالتطابقات.
4.4 المراقبة المستمرة — متاحة في الباقات المؤهلة: يُعاد فحص قائمة عملائك تلقائياً عند تغيّر أي قائمة عقوبات أو عند إجرائك تغييراً على قائمة المراقبة الخاصة بك، ويتم تنبيهك بالتطابقات الجديدة عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
4.5 سجل التدقيق والتقارير — تُسجَّل كل عملية بحث برقم مرجعي وتقرير قابل للتنزيل، لتتمكن من إثبات ما تم فحصه ومتى أمام الجهة الرقابية.
4.6 الباقات وحدود الاستخدام — تُقدَّم الخدمة وفق الباقات الموضحة في قسم الأسعار في موقع إلزامي، ولكل باقة عدد شهري محدد من عمليات البحث والمستخدمين. وقد يتطلب تجاوز الحد المسموح به في باقتك الترقية قبل إجراء مزيد من عمليات البحث.
4.7 محتوى الموقع — المحتوى المنشور على ilzami.com، بما في ذلك الملخصات التنظيمية، هو لأغراض إعلامية فقط، ولا يُغني عن الاستشارة القانونية أو استشارة الالتزام المتخصصة. ولا ينبغي لك الاعتماد عليه أساساً وحيداً لالتزامك التنظيمي.
لاستخدام الخدمة، يجب عليك تسجيل حساب وتقديم معلومات صحيحة عن منشأتك، بما في ذلك نوع الجهة والقطاع. وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان بيانات الدخول الخاصة بك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلال حسابك.
تُحتسب الباقات المدفوعة شهرياً أو سنوياً، باستخدام وسيلة الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب. ويستحق الدفع قبل نهاية مدة الفوترة الحالية. وإذا لم يتم الدفع بحلول ذلك الموعد، ينتهي اشتراكك وتتوقف الخدمة حتى تجدّده، كما هو موضح في البند 11. والرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا تطلب القانون ذلك.
يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة فقط للوفاء بالتزاماتك الخاصة بمكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب بموجب القانون الكويتي («الغرض»). وتوافق على عدم نسخ أي جزء من الخدمة أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له أو إعادة بيعه أو استغلاله تجارياً، بما في ذلك بيانات العقوبات التي تقوم عليها الخدمة، ما لم يُتفق على خلاف ذلك صراحةً.
ولا يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة: (أ) لأي غرض غير مشروع؛ (ب) لتقديم معلومات كاذبة أو مضلِّلة؛ (ج) لجمع البيانات الشخصية للغير أو تتبّعها خارج نطاق الغرض؛ (د) للتدخل في أمن الخدمة أو محاولة التحايل عليه؛ (هـ) لإجراء هندسة عكسية لبيانات القوائم التي تقوم عليها الخدمة أو استخلاصها آلياً.
الخدمة، بما في ذلك البرمجيات والتقنيات التي تقوم عليها، مملوكة لشركة تكوين للحلول المتكاملة الحاسوبية. واسما «إلزامي» و«تكوين» وشعاراهما علامات تجارية مسجّلة لشركة تكوين للحلول المتكاملة الحاسوبية. وتمنحك هذه الشروط ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الخدمة للغرض الموضح في البند 7. ولا تكتسب أي حقوق ملكية في الخدمة أو في التقنيات التي تقوم عليها أو في بيانات قوائم العقوبات المتاحة من خلالها.
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي». ونحدّث قوائمنا بانتظام، لكننا لا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء، ولا أن تكون نتائج الفحص كاملة أو محدَّثة في كل لحظة. وتُقرّ بأن استخدام إلزامي لا يفي بذاته بالتزاماتك بموجب القانون رقم 106 لسنة 2013 ولائحته التنفيذية أو القرار الوزاري رقم 176 لسنة 2025، وأنك تظل مسؤولاً عن برنامج الالتزام الخاص بك.
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون الكويتي، لا تتحمل شركة تكوين للحلول المتكاملة الحاسوبية ولا مسؤولوها أو موظفوها أو الشركات التابعة لها المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناشئة عن استخدامك الخدمة، بما في ذلك الاعتماد على نتائج الفحص، أو عن أي أضرار ناشئة عن معاملة تجريها مع طرف خاضع للعقوبات أو مدرج في القوائم، سواء فُحص ذلك الطرف من خلال الخدمة أم لا. ولا يحدّ ذلك من المسؤولية عن سوء السلوك المتعمَّد أو الإهمال الجسيم.
يحق لنا تعليق وصولك أو إنهاؤه في حال الإخلال بهذه الشروط أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة. وإذا أُغلق حسابك أو حُذف، أو انتهى اشتراكك ولم يُجدَّد، نحتفظ بسجلاتك مدة 30 يوماً ثم تُحذف نهائياً، باستثناء الفواتير والمدفوعات التي نحتفظ بها بوصفها سجلات مالية. وخلال هذه الأيام الثلاثين، تبقى سجلات الاشتراك المنتهي متاحة للتصدير. ويُحذف التسجيل الذي لم تُدفع قيمته بعد أسبوع واحد من إجرائه. ويجوز لك إلغاء حسابك في أي وقت، ولا يترتب على الإلغاء استرداد الرسوم المدفوعة مقدماً.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص محاكم دولة الكويت حصرياً بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها. وتُقدَّم هذه الشروط باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وفي حال وجود اختلاف بين النسختين تسود النسخة العربية.
تشكّل هذه الشروط، مع سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبيننا بشأن الخدمة. وإذا تبيّن أن أي حكم منها غير قابل للتنفيذ، تبقى بقية الأحكام سارية.
