About Ilzami
Ilzami is a regulatory technology (regtech) service built for Kuwait's regulated entities to meet their AML compliance requirements. It's designed to be accessible regardless of a business's size or budget, and built with the reliability a regulatory obligation demands. Today, that means sanctions screening — with more on the way.
Who we are
Ilzami is developed and operated by Techween Integrated Computer Solutions, a Kuwaiti software company that specializes in financial and regulatory technology software. Techween's team brings decades of combined experience in banking, compliance and technology in Kuwait to the product. Ilzami was built after seeing how many businesses covered by Kuwait's AML/CFT framework were left screening customers by hand, or not at all — not because they didn't take the obligation seriously, but because the tools available were built and priced for large organizations, out of reach for smaller ones.
Our aim is simple: every regulated business in Kuwait, whatever its size, should be able to meet its regulatory requirements with ease.
What we do
Sanctions list management
We maintain the UN Security Council Consolidated List and Kuwait's National List ourselves, keeping them current as names are added, updated, or removed — so every screening you run is checked against the latest data.
Sanctions screening
Names are screened against both lists, in Arabic and English, catching common spelling and transliteration variants rather than requiring an exact match.
A record of every search
Every search is logged with a verifiable reference and a downloadable report, so you can show an inspector exactly what was screened and when.
Batch screening
Screen an entire customer list in one upload, with a single report covering every name checked.
Ongoing monitoring
Your customer list is rescreened automatically whenever a sanctions list changes, and you're alerted when a name on it matches.
