Techween Integrated Computer Solutions ("we," "us," "Ilzami") takes the data you share with us seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and for how long.

1.1 Website visitors — When you visit ilzami.com, our servers may log basic technical information, such as the page requested and general browser/device type, to keep the site secure and working correctly. We do not use cookies to track visitors — see Section 7 for how we use cookies.
1.2 Account registration — When you register, we collect your company name, sector/organization type, and the name and email of your account contact(s), to set up your account and enable billing.
1.3 Screening data — When you run a search, we collect the name you enter, along with the type and date of birth if you provide them. We retain this data for as long as your account is active. Maintaining your own compliance records, including downloading and storing your search results, remains your responsibility.
1.4 Payment data — Card and payment details are processed directly by KNET; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
1.5 Civil ID and passport photos — When you photograph a Civil ID card or passport to fill in a search, the photo is used only to extract the name. It is not saved anywhere.
To operate the Service, generate and store your audit log and reports, process payment, respond to support requests, and send you account-related communications (service updates, security notices). We may also send product updates; you can opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting support@techween.net — this doesn't affect essential account notifications.
We use third-party cloud infrastructure providers to help operate Ilzami, along with KNET for payment processing and Google (Cloud Vision) to read the name from Civil ID and passport photos. Google processes the photo only to return the text on it; the photo is not stored.
When you screen a name through Ilzami, you are the data controller for that individual's information, and we act as your data processor — we handle it on your instructions, to provide the screening and audit-log service. For your own account and billing information, we act as the data controller.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We only disclose data where we're legally required to do so — for example, in response to a valid request from a Kuwaiti regulatory authority or a court order.
Data is stored using industry-standard security practices on cloud infrastructure.
We use a small number of essential cookies to operate ilzami.com and the Service — specifically, to keep you logged in and authenticated. We do not use cookies for analytics, tracking, or advertising.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.
Screening, audit-log, and account records are retained for as long as your account is active.
If your account is closed or deleted, or your subscription expires and is not renewed, your records are kept for 30 days and then deleted. During those 30 days, the records of an expired subscription remain available to export. If you register but never pay for a subscription, your account and its records are deleted one week after registration.
Billing records — invoices and payments, and the company name they are issued to — are not deleted; we keep them as financial records.
We recommend downloading your records periodically to maintain your own compliance file independently of your Ilzami account.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, contact support@techween.net.
We may update this policy at any time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept them.
This policy is provided in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

تولي شركة تكوين للحلول المتكاملة الحاسوبية («نحن» أو «إلزامي») البيانات التي تشاركها معنا عنايةً كبيرة. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات، ولماذا، وإلى متى نحتفظ بها.
تاريخ السريان: 8 أكتوبر 2026
1.1 زوّار الموقع — عند زيارتك الموقع ilzami.com، قد تسجّل خوادمنا معلومات تقنية أساسية، مثل الصفحة المطلوبة والنوع العام للمتصفح أو الجهاز، للحفاظ على أمان الموقع وعمله بشكل صحيح. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز) لتتبّع الزوّار، وانظر البند 7 لمعرفة كيف نستخدمها.
1.2 تسجيل الحساب — عند التسجيل، نجمع اسم شركتك، والقطاع أو نوع الجهة، واسم جهة (جهات) الاتصال الخاصة بالحساب وبريدها الإلكتروني، لإنشاء حسابك وتفعيل الفوترة.
1.3 بيانات الفحص — عند إجرائك عملية بحث، نجمع الاسم الذي تُدخله، ومعه النوع وتاريخ الميلاد إن قدّمتهما. نحتفظ بهذه البيانات ما دام حسابك فعّالاً. وتبقى مسؤولية الاحتفاظ بسجلات الالتزام الخاصة بك، بما في ذلك تنزيل نتائج البحث وحفظها، على عاتقك.
1.4 بيانات الدفع — تُعالَج بيانات البطاقة والدفع مباشرةً لدى كي نت، ولا نحفظ أرقام البطاقات كاملةً على أنظمتنا.
1.5 صور البطاقة المدنية وجواز السفر — عند تصويرك بطاقة مدنية أو جواز سفر لتعبئة عملية بحث، تُستخدم الصورة فقط لاستخراج الاسم، ولا تُحفظ في أي مكان.
لتشغيل الخدمة، وإنشاء سجل التدقيق والتقارير وحفظها، ومعالجة المدفوعات، والرد على طلبات الدعم، وإرسال المراسلات المتعلقة بحسابك (تحديثات الخدمة والتنبيهات الأمنية). وقد نرسل إليك أيضاً تحديثات عن المنتج، ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك في الرسائل الترويجية في أي وقت بمراسلة support@techween.net، دون أن يؤثر ذلك في الإشعارات الأساسية الخاصة بحسابك.
نستعين بمزوّدي بنية تحتية سحابية من أطراف ثالثة للمساعدة في تشغيل إلزامي، وبشركة كي نت لمعالجة المدفوعات، وبشركة Google (خدمة Cloud Vision) لقراءة الاسم من صور البطاقة المدنية وجواز السفر. تعالج Google الصورة فقط لإرجاع النص المكتوب عليها، ولا تُحفظ الصورة.
عند فحصك اسماً من خلال إلزامي، تكون أنت المتحكّم في بيانات ذلك الشخص، ونكون نحن المعالج لها نيابةً عنك، إذ نتعامل معها وفق تعليماتك لتقديم خدمة الفحص وسجل التدقيق. أما بيانات حسابك وفوترتك، فنكون نحن المتحكّم فيها.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراضها الخاصة. ولا نفصح عن البيانات إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك، كأن يكون استجابةً لطلب صحيح من جهة رقابية كويتية أو لأمر صادر عن محكمة.
تُحفظ البيانات على بنية تحتية سحابية وفق ممارسات أمنية معتمدة في هذا المجال.
نستخدم عدداً محدوداً من ملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية لتشغيل الموقع ilzami.com والخدمة، وتحديداً لإبقائك مسجّلاً الدخول وموثَّق الهوية. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط للتحليلات أو التتبّع أو الإعلانات.
يمكنك التحكّم في ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو تعطيلها من إعدادات متصفحك، علماً بأن تعطيل الملفات الضرورية سيمنعك من البقاء مسجّلاً الدخول.
نحتفظ بسجلات الفحص وسجل التدقيق والحساب ما دام حسابك فعّالاً.
إذا أُغلق حسابك أو حُذف، أو انتهى اشتراكك ولم يُجدَّد، نحتفظ بسجلاتك مدة 30 يوماً ثم تُحذف. وخلال هذه الأيام الثلاثين، تبقى سجلات الاشتراك المنتهي متاحة للتصدير. وإذا سجّلت ولم تدفع قيمة أي اشتراك، يُحذف حسابك وسجلاته بعد أسبوع واحد من التسجيل.
لا تُحذف سجلات الفوترة، وهي الفواتير والمدفوعات واسم الشركة الصادرة باسمها، إذ نحتفظ بها بوصفها سجلات مالية.
ننصحك بتنزيل سجلاتك بصورة دورية للاحتفاظ بملف الالتزام الخاص بك بمعزل عن حسابك في إلزامي.
لطلب الاطلاع على بيانات حسابك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، راسلنا على support@techween.net.
يحق لنا تحديث هذه السياسة في أي وقت، ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد نشر التغييرات قبولاً لها.
تُقدَّم هذه السياسة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية، وفي حال وجود اختلاف بين النسختين تسود النسخة العربية.
